Please read all the rules and guides before making a character: Reading all the information we have put into the site will help you to better understand what is going on and how to properly make a Planeswalker without having to go through the trouble of sitting through gradings for two days just to correct a bunch of stuff. Just to save you all of that trouble go ahead and read everything.
Be kind and courteous: Respect others as well as the staff. Do not go around throwing fits; and being impatient please wait for a staff member to grade you if you have completed a character and remember that you are a member like everyone else on the site.
Keep it 13+: MTG and PB guidelines states that PG-13 must be adhered in all its entities. Let's respect this.
On Site Activity: Please stay active. We would love everyone to post at least once a week. If real life kicks you in the ass, leave us a post in the absence thread and we will keep your posts warm. If not, your character and posts might get deleted. Participate in activity checks, OTMs, and polls. This is crucial for site development. We would truly appreciate your input.
On Word Count and Literacy: Please have at least 100 words per IC post. A system is in place to have the said limit for IC boards and another system to reward those who have high character count. Be mindful of grammar and spelling. The spell checker and word counter is embedded in the system so it won't be too difficult checking for errors. Please post on third person. This helps with the continuity and apparently in making sense. Also, remember to turn on autosave on your settings to prevent data loss.
On Character Creation: Strictly one character per account. We recommend one character per account so as to not lose track of what character you may possibly make; or canon you may wanna make. If you don't know how to make multiple accounts on proboards, please watch this VIDEO. You are limited to four characters per person so that you can expand your mind; and one canon audition per person so that there is room for some people to take canon's they may want. In order to make your next character, you need at least 25 posts. Please refrain from making Mary Sues and Gary Stus. Some cliches and stereotype may work but having someone who's just perfect isn't amusing.
On God Modding: Please do not think you are God Almighty or invincible. Though the lethality and power of your magic may be deadly please remember that there is always someone who can beat you.
On Meta Gaming: No having your character know what every character can do. It's not fair.. Yes we say that some mages can interrogate others minds to find out certain information; but that doesn't mean their effects constantly remain in the mind of that person; and the amount of time someone would need to work up that amount of ability would take some time.
